One of the biggest hidden costs in pre-con is the call-around: a dozen calls to regional distributors to price the same pallet three different ways, and a bid that slips past the deadline while you wait for a quote back.
Cedrus is in active conversations with regional tile and flooring distributors to aggregate live pricing directly into the takeoff canvas. When the marketplace opens, every Cedrus user will bid against real numbers — current regional pricing for the exact materials they’re measuring — instead of a stale catalog or a five-year-old supplier PDF.
We’re not naming partners on the site until agreements close. We’d rather ship one real integration than announce five maybes. If you’re a distributor who wants to be in the first cohort, there’s a field for that on the form above.
