Upload the multi-page PDF the builder sent — no conversion step. Pages render progressively sharper as you zoom, and every page carries its own scale calibration, so a mixed-scale set doesn't quietly wreck the quantities.
Trace rooms, runs, and counts on the canvas. Areas and linear feet compute as the shape closes, in the category's color, with waste applied per room — a herringbone floor and a straight-lay hallway don't share a waste factor.
Cost codes and assemblies carry your rates. Start from the CSI MasterFormat or NAHB libraries, or paste rates straight off a supplier sheet and Cedrus reads the columns. The pipeline is fixed and auditable: waste first, then setting materials, then markup — in that order, every time.
Open the same project and work it together — live cursors, active tools, edits synced as they happen. There is one copy of the takeoff, so nobody reconciles version seven with version nine the night before the bid.
The estimate exports as a branded PDF built from the measured quantities. Each sub gets a work-order link scoped to their scope and rates — it opens in a browser with no login, expires after 30 days, and tells you who actually looked.
Built iPad-first — touch targets sized for fingers, long-press context menus, validated with a Magic Keyboard on an iPad Pro. The same account runs full-width on desktop, and a phone view covers checking numbers from the truck.
Flagged, not hidden
Today you trace and it computes — nothing guesses a wall into your bid. AI assist doesn't ship until we're certain it can do the bid with complete accuracy, the way you want it done.
Live material pricing on the canvas you measure in is on the way. Until it's real we don't sell materials — and we won't pretend otherwise.
Plans are flat. Adding your second estimator doesn't double the bill.
The bid leaves as a PDF you own, and your price book stays yours to edit and reuse.
