Is Solo actually free, or a trial?
Free, indefinitely. Solo includes the full takeoff tool — drawing, scale calibration, pricing from your own rates, PDF export — for one seat, three active projects, and 150 MB of plan storage. There is no time limit and no card required. Paid plans add seats, projects, and storage; they don't unlock the tool.
Is there a free trial on Pro?
Yes. Your first Pro or Pro+ subscription starts with 14 days free. You add a card at checkout but nothing is charged today; cancel from the billing portal before day 14 and you never are. Otherwise it converts to the plan you picked, and the 30-day money-back window on that first charge still applies.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is $470 a year and Pro+ is $662 a year — both about 20% under the monthly rate. You pick monthly or annual at checkout, and billing runs through Stripe. To switch cadence later, email support@cedrustakeoffs.com and we'll move it over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you want and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fee, no long-term contract on Solo, Pro, or Pro+.
What if we need more than ten seats?
That's an Enterprise conversation — custom seat count, storage, and terms. Send the specifics through the contact page and you'll hear back from the founder within 48 hours.
