Why one subscription

From the founder

The obvious pricing play is to sell Takeoffs today, ship Estimates next quarter as a separate SKU, then ship Plans the quarter after that. Triple the ARR without shipping a single extra line of product value. We're not going to do it.

When Estimates ships, Pro and Pro+ subscribers get it the week it's ready. No upsell email. No SKU swap. The line on your receipt will still read Cedrus — Pre-construction. Same for Plans, Bids, Schedules, and Crews — every product we build arrives inside the subscription you already pay for.

The reason is selfish: the suite is only valuable when you use the tools together. A plan flows into a takeoff, into an estimate, into a bid. That only works if you actually have all of them open. Pricing flat by team size, not by product, makes that the default.
