Which trades does it work for?
Any trade that measures off a plan. The canvas measures areas, linear runs, and counts; your pricebook decides what they cost. Tile, stone, and flooring get the deepest starter content today — framing, drywall, concrete, roofing, electrical, and plumbing use the same mechanics with their own cost codes.
What does the free plan actually include?
The full takeoff tool — drawing, scale calibration, estimates, PDF export. One seat, three projects, 150 MB of storage. No card to sign up and no time limit. Paid plans add seats, storage, and team features like live collaboration and work orders.
Does it really work on iPad?
Cedrus is built iPad-first and validated with an iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard. Touch targets are sized for fingers, long-press opens context menus, and the same account works on desktop when you're back at the office.
How do work orders reach my subs?
Each sub gets a secure tokenized link scoped to their scope and rates. It opens in any browser with no login or account, links expire after 30 days, and access is tracked — so you know who has actually looked.
